Our new School Council began it's term of office in September 2023
Our priorities this year are:
P1: We want to become independent learners improving our numeracy skills
P2: We want to encourage everyone in our school and community to speak Welsh
P3: We want to be responsible for improving our learning
P4: We want to be healthy and confident, by developing positive relationships
P5: We will be ethical and informed by including everyone in our classroom
Our latest achievement has been introducing Ysgol Rhiw-Bechan onesies so that we can get changed quicker for swimming lessons! We put this to the vote in school and it was a unanimous decision!
We have also played a key part in introducing and designing our new school curriculum and lead on a launch event for parents last year.
